    Cheerleading Coordinator 

    Duties: Maintain and carry participant files for all cheer teams; verify eligibility;, distributing the rules and regulations; verify all coaches; direct assistance and communications with all coaches; attend all games, competitions and monthly league meetings; coordinate with coaches during competitions;  plan coaches meetings; provide game day rosters to announcers; preparing budgets for ordering of cheerleader uniforms, supplies and maintaining equipment inventory. 

     

    Football Coordinator 

    Duties: Working directly with and verify all football coaches; assist in establishing coaching consistencies; stay up to date with Varsity and Junior Varsity coaching/players as well as FLYFCL rules and regulations; research/present available coaching clinics; assisting with equipment and player verification and certification;  maintaining all player files; coordinating with game day weigh-ins and preparing game day rosters; attend meetings and registrations; promote team spirit.


    Flag Football Coach 

    Duties: Work with Football coordinator and assistant coaches determining rules and developing ideas; set a good example to coaches and teams; provide safe practice areas and follow game day procedures; attend all practices and games, act as a disciplinarian when necessary and be fair to each player, assisting in developing individual skills; obtain NYSCA certification First Aid and CPR; attend monthly board meetings, registrations, uniform distribution/collection and any necessary clinics and training sessions; assist in concession stand 


    B team Cheer Coach 

    Duties: Work with cheer coordinator and assistant coaches determining rules and developing ideas; Set a good example to coaches and teams; provide safe practice areas and follow game day procedures; attend all practices, games and competitions; act as a disciplinarian when necessary and be fair to each cheerleader, assisting in developing individual skills; assist in the teaching and choreographing of cheer, cheer dance and sideline cheers, prepare for year-end competition, obtain NYSCA coaches certification First Aid and CPR; attend monthly board meetings, registrations, uniform distribution/collection and any necessary clinics and training sessions; assist in concession stand 


    Equipment Manager

    Duties: responsible for all football equipment, uniforms and supplies; direct contact with head football and cheer coaches for all supplies, establish and present an operating budget; coordinate and maintain records for equipment handouts and turn-ins; be available during practices and all game days, maintain the storage facilities for all equipment and supplies.

    Saturday April 26 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon

    Saturday May 3 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon

    Saturday May 17 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon

    Saturday July 19th 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon **LAST DAY **

    Last day registration will require a buy out on fundraising over and above registration fees so don't wait!

    If you are unable to make it to the registration dates in person, you will have the option to mail in. Further Details to follow.

    *Season is scheduled to run August 24 - October 23*
