Your
job is to keep the appropriate people on and off the field at any given time.

Players, cheerleaders &
coaches for the team that is playing only, officials, team parent if there is
one, medical personnel, monitors, board members, and league officials are
allowed on the field all others need to stay off.

Players and cheerleaders
form the next game. may not enter the facility until the previous game is
finished or they have been called out to the field There is absolutely nothing
but water allowed on this field. No Gatorade, no food of any sort, no gum, no
candy!! It stains and ruins the playing surface and the track.

Tips
-
National Anthems
are located on the CD marked ERYFCL Youth Football. It is played
prior to the C team game only. (Ask fans to stand)
-
Each
cheerleading squad is responsible for getting you their music for half time
routines. If it is a
tape it must be in the proper position for you to play. If you don’t have it
before the start of the game, make an announcement requesting it.

Approximately 2 minutes before half time remind volunteers for the 2nd half to go to the
concession
stand.
-
Remind everyone of our field rules: only Water on the field, no food, no Gatorade etc.
-
Remind
them to please pick up after themselves, look around and to help keep our
facility clean.

There
is no smoking anywhere on school grounds.
-
Don't
forget, our consessions are FABULOUS!!

At the
end of the previous game tell the next team to line up in the appropriate places
-
Remind
people we still have volunteer positions to fill! Hopefully we will only need to
do this for the first few games.
